Yield Management to Maximize Revenue per Booking

We see our job as maximizing our owners’ property investment. That’s why we use yield management technology to manage rates, much like hotels and airlines do. When the demand for vacation rentals is higher than the available supply, we’ll automatically adjust your rates higher, thus increasing your bottom line. On the other hand, when the supply of available units is higher than the demand, we’ll adjust your rates accordingly and send out last minute deals to help maximize occupancy.
